Job summary

Marks, part of the Propelis Group, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead packaging-focused projects across the client service, creative, operations and production teams. You will drive projects on time, within budget and to high quality, mentoring junior staff and shaping the role within Marks.

You will collaborate with a global agency network, manage stakeholder communications, develop plans, ensure QA against briefs, and continuously improve processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Significant project management experience in a design agency or similar.
• Strong understanding of brand and packaging design requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects from inception to delivery within budget and timeframes.
• Develop detailed project plans and allocate talent/resources for success.
• Facilitate communication among clients, internal stakeholders and partners.
• Perform QA to ensure deliverables meet briefs and standards.
• Identify roadblocks and provide strategic solutions to maintain momentum.
• Foster an agile, collaborative work environment and mentor junior staff.
• Lead client and internal meetings and present status and outcomes.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and trackers.
• Oversee scope, timeline and costs with the CS team.
• Ensure high-volume delivery in a fast-paced setting.
