Summary

eClerx Markets is expanding its team of project managers with a focus on change management. We seek an individual with strong planning, analytical, and writing skills, who takes initiative, pays great attention to detail, works well under pressure, and can operate independently and within teams in an investment banking environment. Candidates should demonstrate high-level skills, evidenced in their 1-2 most recent roles (minimum 5 years).

Responsibilities

• Manage projects, including tracking, staffing, and communication.
• Lead a team of project resources such as business analysts, developers, SMEs, testers, CI/CD, etc.
• Oversee end-to-end project management, report on status, track resources, and manage risks across the SDLC.
• Optimize projects by defining control frameworks.
• Handle change and transformation projects, understanding both business and technical aspects, including TOM definition and optimization.
• Coordinate with other project managers and program management teams.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 8 years of experience in investment banking middle office, technology, and project management.
• Proven experience with software development using Agile methodologies.
• Strong documentation and communication skills with senior stakeholders.
• Recent experience acting as a liaison between business and technology on change initiatives.
• Ability to interface with client stakeholders at all levels, resolve issues, and coordinate with client groups.
• Experience managing medium to large software projects, especially in global settings with multiple teams.
