About the job:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to head our Flow Equity Derivatives Sales team. This role involves driving sales of equity derivatives and light exotics products, focusing on Hedge Funds, Asset Managers, and Institutional clients across the UK, Europe, Asia, and the Americas. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of revenue growth, deep market understanding, and a client-first approach.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Leading and managing the Flow Equity Derivatives Sales team, implementing strategic sales initiatives.
  2. Expanding business within key client segments and diversifying from Volatility and Dispersion accounts to more Directional accounts globally.
  3. Building and maintaining strong client relationships while identifying new revenue opportunities.
  4. Collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored derivatives products based on market trends and client needs.
  5. Reporting sales performance and growth to senior leadership with detailed insights.
  6. Ensuring revenue growth through effective resource utilization, relationship management, and market expansion.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in equity derivatives sales, with leadership experience and a history of double-digit revenue growth.
  • Proven expertise in marketing equity derivatives, light exotics, and structured products to hedge funds, asset managers, and institutional clients.
  • Deep understanding of global financial markets, especially equity derivatives and exotic products.
  • MBA or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working across regions including the UK, Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of trading strategies, structuring derivative solutions, and executing equity derivative transactions.
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English; additional languages like German, French, or Spanish are a plus.
