• Working for one of the UKs largest design & build fit-out businesses.
• We are looking to speak with experienced project managers who have proven expertise in delivering RIBA Stages 12 for high-end commercial projects.
• Lead the successful delivery of complex, high-value commercial fit-out projects.
• You will lead projects valued between £3m-£4m and as part of your role you will take full ownership of both internal and external stakeholder relationships.
• During this post, you will be expected to develop your portfolio by identifying new work opportunities with both new and existing clients.
• Lead a team of Project Managers and Supervisors.
• Take ownership of a nationwide client base, delivering projects across the UK.
• This is a genuine progression opportunity for the right candidate, with clear progression routes into senior leadership positions such as Head of Projects and Project Director.
