• Commercial management: manage budgets and margins, flag risks early.
• Scoping and change control: define scopes and handle changes with documented approvals.
• Pitch delivery: distill briefs and shape winning responses alongside senior leaders.
• Client, team, and communication: maintain objectives, build trust, manage information flow.
• Risk and ways of working: identify risks early and apply delivery frameworks.
