We are recruiting:

A Senior Project Manager with experience in rail (Network Rail) telecoms and systems to join our consulting team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Determine project management, technical services, and external resources needed for projects.
2. Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery, communicating strategies effectively.
3. Manage design/consultant teams and stakeholders, overseeing project scope, fees, claims, deliverables, and variations.
4. Utilise strong communication and negotiation skills to support client relationships and produce integrated programmes.
5. Ensure timely project delivery from inception through construction, adhering to milestones.
6. Assist with sequencing, methodologies, and staging plans.

Experience & Background:

1. Qualifications in project management or related fields.
2. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for planning and procurement issues.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills for reporting, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement.
4. Essential: Experience working on rail systems and/or telecom projects for Network Rail.
5. Preferably, experience within a consulting organisation.
