What will you do?

Lendlease Consulting specializes in Client representative services, including Project Management, Cost Management, and Principal Design. Our group is known for delivering high-quality, bespoke services throughout the project lifecycle. We are seeking Senior Project Managers with experience in rail (Network Rail) telecoms and systems to join our consulting team in York, Birmingham, or London.

• Determine project management, technical services, and external resources needed for each project on behalf of the client.
• Collaborate with the project team (client, design team, consultants, contractors) and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery, communicating strategies effectively.
• Manage design/consultant teams and stakeholders to ensure responsibilities are completed, including project scope, fees, claims, deliverables, and variations.
• Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to support client and customer focus. Develop design and authority programs integrated with procurement and delivery schedules.
• Ensure timely delivery from project inception through design development, planning, procurement, and construction, adhering to milestones.
• Assist in sequencing, methodology, and staging plan development.

You will bring

• Tertiary qualifications in project management or related fields.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills for planning, estimating, contract administration, and procurement within construction and design activities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for report writing, negotiation, and stakeholder relationship building.
• Previous experience with rail systems and/or rail telecom projects for Network Rail is essential.
