Talent Acquisition Lead - MEP Building Services & Construction

Location: Guildford - Full-time, site-based position

Role Overview: The Senior Project Manager will report to the Divisional Director on an exciting healthcare project currently in the procurement stage. The project exceeds £10M and involves constructing a new building on an existing site. You will oversee Mechanical or Electrical building services on site.

Key Qualifications: Extensive understanding of the full project lifecycle, including project contract obligations, procurement, commercial, and quality management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Read drawings & specifications to extract information for accurate costing.
2. Induct personnel, conduct daily briefs, toolbox talks, prepare and issue RAMS, monitor H&S plans.
3. Prepare and issue technical submissions, monitor stock materials, assist with procurement, oversee deliveries, and manage hire equipment.
4. Liaise with subcontractors & specialists, coordinate works, troubleshoot issues.
5. Monitor project progress, report to Main Contractor/Client/Operations Manager.
6. Maintain high standards, implement and monitor IMS systems.
7. Participate in meetings, provide input for project/client updates.
8. Arrange and monitor commissioning/testing, ensure records are maintained.
9. Prepare manuals, 'as-installed' drawings, logbooks, and operational guides.
10. Communicate effectively with the team, report to Operations Manager, ensure clear information flow.
11. Build and maintain relationships with site team, client/end-user, and maintenance teams.
12. Manage site personnel professionally and courteously.
13. Liaise with design team, consultants, and clients, providing necessary information.
14. Oversee H&S, procurement, and delivery aspects.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years in Project Management.
• Specialization bias in Mechanical or Electrical fields.
• Experience managing projects from start to finish.
• Client-facing experience in Healthcare or similar sectors.
