Job summary

SelectRecruitment.je is seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager to lead complex, strategic business change initiatives on a six-month contract. You will own projects spanning change management, operating model transformation and process improvement across multiple business areas.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience delivering large-scale change in complex environments with strong governance, stakeholder management and delivery skills; financial services experience preferred.

• Drive improvements to operating models and business processes, ensuring successful adoption of change.

You will have extensive experience leading strategic or large-scale business change projects in complex environments, with strong stakeholder, governance and delivery skills. A recognised project management qualification or methodology knowledge is expected along with programme management and financial services experience.
