Bovis is seeking an experienced project manager to lead complex delivery in a live operating environment. You will plan, target resources, manage timelines and coordinate design, development, commissioning and procurement to meet the brief.

You will drive safety, quality and environmental performance, manage stakeholders, and deliver integrated, sustainable solutions on time and within budget across multiple interfaces.

Qualificações

• Experience delivering complex projects in live operational environments.
• Strong health, safety, quality and environmental focus on projects.
• Knowledge of construction and property industries and related disciplines.
• Ability to resolve planning, estimating and procurement issues.
• Proven track record leading project teams in regulated environments.

Responsabilidades

• Determine project management, technical services and external resources for the project.
• Plan, lead and manage a project team to deliver sustainable solutions.
• Establish strong relationships with partners and stakeholders with approvals in place.
• End-to-end execution planning and management with clear goals and roles.
• Ensure integration of design, development, commissioning and process requirements.
• Report project performance using project control tools and risk analysis.
• Ensure safety management of deliverables and teams.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to meet stakeholder expectations and communicate strategies.
• Manage consultant teams and project stakeholders including scope and variations.
• Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation to support client focus.
