Job summary

Prosper Consulting is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive delivery across prime residential, commercial offices and mixed-use schemes in Central London, near London Bridge. The role focuses on projects ranging from £3M to £300M and involves working with a close-knit team in modern offices.

You’ll work across multiple sectors, bringing 4+ years of UK property/construction consultancy experience, JCT administration, and a track record of managing complex schemes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience with a UK based property / construction consultancy (ideally).
• JCT Contract Administration experience is required.
• Experience in one of their listed sectors (residential, commercial offices, mixed-use) is ideal.

The Client: The Founders established the business just under 10 years ago after growing frustrated with the never ending obstacles at the corporate firms.

The consultancy has ambitious plans for the future, aiming to double their turnover within two years.

Requirements for the Senior Project Manager:

4+ years' experience with a UK based property / construction consultancy (ideally)

JCT Contract Administration

Experience in one of their listed sectors (ideally)
