Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in project management, program management, operations, or a related role within banking / financial services.
• Strong understanding of banking environments, processes, and stakeholders.
• Experience managing technology or software delivery projects.
• Strong Jira, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with Agile / Scrum and SDLC.
• AI literacy and practical experience using AI tools.
• Python experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to banking stakeholders aligning objectives with technology delivery.
• Lead analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design for strategic initiatives.
• Provide oversight of software delivery projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities and compliance standards.
• Facilitate release planning and readiness reviews in collaboration with product, development, QA, and operations teams.
• Develop project governance frameworks, including reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Conduct impact assessments for new initiatives, identifying dependencies and regulatory implications.
• Support post-release evaluations, ensuring lessons learned are captured and continuous improvement is applied.
