Pegasus Search & Selection is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead concession and retail projects at London Luton Airport. This site-based role combines delivery, design input and close liaison with airport stakeholders and concessionaires.
You will own multiple projects from initiation through handover, drive programmes, chair meetings and report progress to the Commercial team. A proven track record in fast-paced environments is essential.
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a growing construction and property consultancy, working as part of the project delivery team at London Luton Airport.
The role will involve acting on behalf of the airport’s Commercial team, managing the delivery of new and refurbished retail, food & beverage and concession units across the terminal.
You will work closely with airport stakeholders, concessionaires, designers and project teams to ensure projects move efficiently from initial engagement and design through construction, handover and opening.
This is a highly client-facing role requiring someone comfortable taking ownership, managing multiple stakeholders and driving projects forward within a fast-paced operational environment.
As Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of multiple concession projects and act as a key interface between the airport, incoming and outgoing concessionaires and their respective project teams.
You will be responsible for coordinating the complete project process, ensuring airport requirements are understood, agreed and delivered.
This role would suit an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager with a consultancy, client-side or similar project management background.
Experience within retail, hospitality, leisure, airports or other fast-paced operational environments would be particularly relevant.
You will need to be comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects while operating as part of a wider client and consultancy team.
