Job description

Would you like to join a globally recognised, fast-growing consumer brand with a bold, entrepreneurial culture as a Senior Project Manager?

This is an exciting opportunity to lead high-impact projects and internal business capability initiatives that support the organisation’s growth and effectiveness. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to turn strategic priorities into practical, measurable programmes that improve how the business operates, develops its people and delivers results.

You’ll play a key role in driving engagement and adoption internally, ensuring that new initiatives, processes and ways of working are understood, embraced and successfully embedded across the organisation.

The Role:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic projects and internal business capability initiatives, from initial concept through to implementation and embedding.

  • Manage existing strategic initiatives while identifying and launching new projects aligned to business priorities.

  • Develop project plans, roadmaps, governance structures, timelines, budgets and clear measures of success.

  • Lead diverse projects across organisational capability, business transformation, new ways of working, digital initiatives and wider business improvement.

  • Work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure initiatives are relevant, practical and aligned to business needs.

  • Drive internal engagement and adoption, ensuring initiatives are effectively communicated, understood and embedded into day-to-day ways of working.

  • Develop approaches to measure adoption, engagement and the overall impact of initiatives.

  • Manage external agencies, consultants and subject matter experts where required.

  • Translate complex ideas into clear recommendations, action plans and engaging presentations for senior stakeholders.

  • Support the development of new business capabilities and ways of working that improve organisational effectiveness.

About You

  • Experience working across diverse projects and business initiatives, ideally within a fast-paced, changing organisation.

  • Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple stakeholders, timelines, budgets, risks and deliverables.

  • Experience driving engagement and adoption, with an understanding of what is required to successfully embed new initiatives across an organisation.

  • Experience measuring adoption, engagement and impact, using data and insight to understand whether initiatives are delivering the desired outcomes.

  • A strategic thinker who can connect business priorities with practical project delivery.

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to work with senior leadership and a wide range of teams.

  • Experience supporting change and embedding new processes, behaviours or ways of working.

  • Comfortable developing business cases, presenting recommendations and securing stakeholder buy-in.

  • Commercially and digitally confident, with an understanding of how technology can support wider business objectives.

  • Data-driven and comfortable using insight to inform decisions, measure progress and demonstrate impact.

  • A strong communicator who can simplify complex information and create clear, engaging presentations.

  • Collaborative, curious and solutions-focused, with a genuine interest in people, organisational effectiveness and delivering meaningful change.
