Financial Ombudsman Services in London is seeking a Senior Project Manager on a fixed term 12‑month contract. You will lead high‑risk, complex changes across people, processes and technology, reporting to the Head of Portfolio Delivery.

As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll use your extensive project and change management skills to safely deliver complex and high risk changes across people, process and technology throughout our organisation. You’ll be responsible for working on behalf of senior leaders in the organisation to take projects from proposal through to full delivery of outcomes and enabling the realisation of benefits. You’ll play a pivotal role leading project team to deliver key strategic outcomes on time, within budget whilst maintaining a high level of quality and working within our risk appetite.
