Your new role

Senior Project Manager required for a major construction project in the Suffolk area. The ideal candidate will have proven technical skills and bring innovative ideas to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership & Strategy: Offer cost-effective solutions, lead commercial strategies, and manage project business and profit plans.
2. Pre-Contract & Construction: Develop bid strategies, support pre-contract teams, review construction options, and ensure the timely delivery of design information.
3. Team Development: Set clear objectives, enhance team capabilities, implement HR policies, and demonstrate strong leadership and motivation skills.
4. Supply Chain & Customer Relations: Manage supply chain selection, nurture customer relationships, uphold brand values, and address customer concerns.
5. Project Management: Focus on successful project outcomes, manage Health, Safety & Environment performance, develop delivery strategies, and ensure efficient project completion.
