Job summary

Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead larger-format office fit-out schemes across the North West. You will be responsible for delivering major projects safely, to programme, within budget and to the required quality, working with clients, consultants and subcontractors.

The successful client-facing PM will have on-site delivery experience, a strong track record on £5m+ office fit-outs, and a proactive attitude to development and teamwork in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience as a Project Manager in construction or fit-out.
• Strong background in office fit-out and large-format projects (£5m+).
• On-site project delivery experience.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Flexible to work between office and site in North West.

Project Manager – Larger Format Office Fit Out

Location:North West
Working Pattern:Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm - full time - permanent
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum + Benefits + Car Allowance

We are looking for an experiencedProject Managerto join a successful team deliveringlarger-format office and corporate fit-out projectsacross the North West.

This is an excellent opportunity for an established Project Manager who is at the right stage of their career, has a strong track record of delivering sizeable projects, and is looking to continue developing within a collaborative and forward-thinking business.

The Role

You will take responsibility for the successful delivery of major office fit-out projects, working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, to the required quality and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have genuineon-site project delivery experience, rather than a background that is primarily academic or office-based.

About You

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:

• 8+ years' experienceworking as a Project Manager within the construction or fit-out sector.
• A strong background inoffice fit-out, particularly office and corporate client projects.
• Proven experience deliveringlarger-format projects valued at £5m+.
• A demonstrable track record of successfully managing sizeable, complex projects from start to completion.
• Strong on-site experience and a practical understanding of project delivery.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills, with a genuineclient delivery mentality.
• A rounded profile, combining strong technical and commercial understanding with excellent communication skills.
• A positivedevelopment attitude, with ambition to progress and take on further responsibility.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a positive, social working environment.
• A strong understanding of programme, quality, health & safety, subcontractor management and commercial delivery.
• North West-based, with the flexibility to work between office and site.
