Job summary

Moran Recruitment is seeking a Project Manager in Manchester to lead CAT A and CAT B office fit-out projects for a specialist Fit-Out contractor. The role offers a highly competitive package with a salary of £80,000–£85,000 plus package, based in Manchester.

The successful candidate will own commercial/operational delivery, work with clients, consultants and supply chain partners, and monitor programme, cost, quality and contractual performance.

• Proven experience in a similar role within the Construction/Fit-Out industry.
• Strong commercial or operational understanding.
• Excellent communication, organisation and negotiation skills.
• A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
