Job Summary

Swansea Bay University Health Board is seeking to recruit three Project Managers to support and drive service changes sustainably within the Recovery & Sustainability Team.

Reporting to the Principal Project Manager, you will work closely with senior managers and clinicians to plan and implement projects within the Recovery & Sustainability Programme.

The ideal candidates will demonstrate success in managing complex service changes involving multiple stakeholders. We seek skilled and enthusiastic individuals who embrace transformational change and wish to be part of this exciting programme.

Main Duties

The Senior Project Manager will oversee one or more large-scale projects, collaborating with colleagues and partners, including interpreting national policy within the specialist area. Responsibilities include:

1. Managing project staff
2. Overseeing overall project progress and resource use, initiating corrective actions as needed
3. Clarifying project scope and objectives, managing interdependencies
4. Working with senior managers to identify opportunities for service improvement using project management methodologies
