This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive transformational team in the NHS as a Senior Project Manager in West Wales.

We are looking for motivated, organized, enthusiastic, and proactive individuals to lead and deliver digital transformation projects across our organization.

A hybrid working model is required, where the post holder would work remotely and attend a site on a weekly/monthly basis.

The post is within the Digital Services directorate and provides an ideal platform to learn and develop within the NHS and the digital field.

Applications are invited for the position of a Senior Project Manager to join the Digital Innovation & Transformation Team within Hywel Dda to play a pivotal role in delivering key strategic digital projects.

The post holder will be responsible for managing and controlling the delivery of complex digital projects aligned with Digital Response strategic aims and the Health Board's Strategy.

We seek experienced project managers passionate about making a difference for patients and communities. Knowledge of working within a digital environment is useful but not essential. The candidate should work well within a team, take initiative, and lead when appropriate.

Applicants should hold a project management qualification such as APMP or PRINCE2 and have experience managing multiple projects within a programme or portfolio. Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills are essential to engage stakeholders, organize events or workshops, and ensure successful project delivery.
