A background in Contact Center as a Service is essential, with the ability to build a comprehensive Test Plan and manage it through delivery with a cross-functional team. This is an urgent requirement with an immediate start based in Manchester. The role is mostly remote with occasional travel to Manchester.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive progress across multiple workstreams within an enterprise CCaaS implementation.


• Collaborate with Program Manager and Test Manager to design and implement a rigorous Test Strategy.


• Create and manage a comprehensive Test Plan and oversee its execution through delivery with cross-functional teams.


• Operate in a client-facing environment, ensuring high levels of communication and stakeholder management.


• Coordinate with IT/CRM, QA, and business teams to align testing with project milestones.
