Job summary

Hamilton Barnes Associates Limited is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end CCaaS technology projects, including implementations, migrations, upgrades and transformations. You will own project scope, budgets, risks and stakeholder relationships across multiple concurrent engagements.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of contact centre solutions (ACD, IVR, SIP, WEM, reporting) and proven experience in budgets and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering contact centre or CCaaS technology projects.
• Strong knowledge of ACD, IVR, SIP, WEM, reporting and analytics.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, risks, issues and change control.
• BPSS clearance eligibility or right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of CCaaS projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, risk logs, and delivery documentation.
• Act as the primary customer-facing contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate internal teams, third-party suppliers, and customer stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Produce accurate project reporting and status updates for stakeholders and bids.
• Maintain accurate project records within Certinia and other business systems.
