About the Role:

Our client is an award-winning company listed in the Sunday Times Top 100 Places to Work 2024. As a Senior Project Manager, you'll be a key part of our client's team, overseeing a wide range of engineering and construction projects across the Water, Power, Energy, and Aggregates sectors. Their projects range from £5k to £15m in value, and as Principal Contractor and Designer, they lead various complex initiatives. This role involves hybrid working, requiring travel to the Maidstone office and monthly visits to sites or clients' offices when needed.

In this role, you'll manage the planning, execution, and delivery of complex water projects, ensuring they stay within scope, on time, and on budget. Your leadership will drive successful project outcomes, maintaining close collaboration with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders. You will also uphold high standards of health, safety, and environmental protection across all projects.

About You:

• Project management experience in an industrial M&E / MEICA setting, ideally within the Water sector
• Strong knowledge of planning, monitoring, and controlling project programmes
• Proficiency in planning software, such as Microsoft Project or P6
• A solid understanding of health & safety legislation and procedures
• SMSTS or IOSH Managing Safely certification
• Experience with NEC Contracts
• A full UK driving license
