Gratte Brothers Building Services & Engineering (GBBS&E) is currently hiring for a Senior Project Manager to lead a data centre project in Slough. The role is site-based (5 days per week) and requires occasional travel to our Head Office in King’s Cross, London.

About the Role:

In this role, you’ll manage the day-to-day running of £40m+ projects, ensuring they are profitable by delivering within budget and schedule. You’ll also oversee the GBBS&E project team (including engineers and site operatives), the client, principal contractors, and other trade contractors.

Your key responsibilities include leading team meetings, delivering working drawings, delegating activities, programming, and updating the client on progress.

You should be a fair team leader with at least 10 years’ project management experience, a confident communicator, approachable, proactive, with knowledge of contract law, and a drive to deliver excellent results.
