Job summary

PSR Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of major structures projects across London. You will take ownership from pre-construction through to completion, guiding a delivery team of project managers, engineers and site managers while managing clients, consultants and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex construction projects in London.
• Proven ability to manage programme, cost, quality and H&S.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of major structures projects from mobilisation to completion.
• Take responsibility for programme, cost, quality, risk and H&S.
• Lead and develop project managers, site managers, engineers and delivery teams.
• Manage clients, consultants, subcontractors and key stakeholders.
• Drive project programmes, sequencing and delivery strategies.
• Oversee commercial performance, procurement, variations and project costs.
• Coordinate structural works with demolition, enabling works and temporary works.
• Identify and manage project risks, constraints and opportunities.
• Ensure high standards of safety, quality and environmental performance.
