Job summary

Sunblink, based in London, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead structural steel projects with hybrid working. You will own projects from award to delivery, coordinating clients, design teams, fabrication and site staff to ensure timely, safe and quality delivery.

The role requires strong PM experience in structural steel, good commercial awareness and the ability to manage budgets, programmes and stakeholders across multiple projects.

Salary: Up to £70,000 + Package

The Opportunity

We are working with a well-established and highly regarded steel construction company that is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their team in London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a fully fledged Project Manager with a strong background in structural steel, who is confident taking ownership of projects from initial award through to successful completion.

You will play a key role in managing the delivery of structural steel projects, working closely with clients, contractors, design teams, fabrication and site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, commercially and to programme.

The Role

About You

The successful candidate will be a fully fledged Project Manager with proven experience within the structural steel industry.

You will ideally have:

• Strong Project Management experience within structural steel / steel construction.
• A solid understanding of structural steel fabrication, construction and installation.
• Experience managing projects from start to finish.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project budgets.
• Excellent programme and planning skills.
• Experience working with main contractors, clients and project stakeholders.
• Strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.
• A proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills.
• The confidence to take ownership and make decisions independently.
