• Strong core project management fundamentals.
• JCT Contract Administration experience is required.
• Background from consultancy, main contractor (e.g. CA), or architectural practice considered.
• Ambitious, proactive, and commercially minded.
• Comfortable working closely with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Personality-led hire – collaborative, driven, and adaptable.
• Interest in developing business development skills over time (not essential from day one)
