Job summary

La Fosse is seeking a hands-on Project Manager for a 5-month fixed-term contract in London with hybrid working (2 days per week). You will oversee a portfolio of technology and business change initiatives, strengthening governance, reporting and delivery in a fast-changing environment.

Applicants should have proven project management experience with PRINCE2 or Agile, strong stakeholder management, and hands-on testing coordination across international teams.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience using PRINCE2, Agile or similar delivery approaches.
• Strong governance, reporting and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience delivering projects across technology and business teams in international/complex organisations.
• Hands-on testing coordination and test script experience.
• Adaptable and able to handle changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initiation through to delivery with clear plans, governance and reporting.

Project Manager – Fixed-Term Contract

A growing international not-for-profit organisation is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to provide oversight across a varied portfolio of technology and business change initiatives. Working within the PMO and alongside global stakeholders, you will strengthen governance, reporting and delivery in a collaborative, fast-changing environment.

The Role

• Manage projects from initiation through to delivery, maintaining clear plans, governance and reporting.
• Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies across cross-functional, international teams.
• Chair project meetings and steering groups, engaging confidently with senior leaders, boards and end users.
• Coordinate testing activity, including test planning, script preparation and user acceptance testing.
• Support a broad portfolio that may include infrastructure, enterprise applications and global office initiatives.

About You

• Proven project management experience using PRINCE2, Agile or similar delivery approaches.
• Strong governance, reporting and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience delivering projects across technology and business teams in an international or complex organisation.
• Hands-on experience coordinating testing and producing test scripts.
• Adaptable, diplomatic and comfortable working where priorities can change quickly.
