Nationwide is recruiting a Cyber Senior Project Manager to join the Cyber Delivery Assurance Team within the Security & Resilience function. The role focuses on delivering complex cyber security initiatives and strategic technology programmes with stakeholders across the business and technology landscape.

This is a 6-month secondment. Hybrid working is offered; Glasgow attendance and a two-days-per-week/40% in-office goal apply, with specific arrangements for those based at the Glasgow site.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Cyber Senior Project Manager to join the Cyber Delivery Assurance Team within our Security & Resilience function. This team plays a critical role in safeguarding the organisation by leading the successful delivery of complex cyber security initiatives and strategic technology programmes. Working across multiple business and technology stakeholders, the team is responsible for implementing innovative security solutions, enhancing cyber resilience, and strengthening our overall security posture in an increasingly complex threat landscape.

This is a 6-month secondment opportunity.

For this role, you'll be based at your nearest regional office or hub. We value time spent together to connect with colleagues for collaboration so there will be a regular requirement to attend our Glasgow site approximately (once per quarter). If you are based at an office location, you'll be expected to meet our hybrid working requirement of at least two days a week, or 40% of your working time if part‑time, in the office. If you’re based at our Glasgow office, this will apply from 1 April 2027 and ahead of that there will be a need to regularly connect with colleagues for collaboration events.
