March Recruitment is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our rapidly expanding client’s team in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on supporting the Product & Engineering teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of projects.

You will manage multidisciplinary teams, drive agile processes, liaise with customers and management, and communicate risks with contingency plans. The position emphasizes effective collaboration and progress reporting to stakeholders.

Formación

• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.

• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Background in engineering (Electronic/Mechanical/Software).
• Experience with agile project management.
• Familiarity with Jira or YouTrack.

Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their rapidly expanding business and become an integral part of their team. The Senior Project Manager’s goal will be to support the Product & Engineering team, ensuring that all tasks and projects are achieved in a timely and efficient manner and to the required standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure clear task prioritisation through the use of agile project management systems and regular team meetings.
• Liaise with team members, management and customers to ensure projects are completed to the required standard.
• Work with the Product & Engineering team to identify and communicate risks, ensuring contingency plans are in place.
• Develop project requirements and work schedules, monitor progress and ensure timely project completion and delivery.
• Facilitate communication between multidisciplinary engineering teams to support effective collaboration and problem-solving.
• Line manage Product & Engineering team leads, motivating staff and supporting effective teamwork.
• Write progress reports and deliver presentations to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure effective communication and handover of completed development work to the production department.
