March Recruitment is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support Product & Engineering in delivering complex projects on time and to standard. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, drive agile practices, manage risks, and liaise with stakeholders.

The role requires a strong engineering background, excellent communication, budgeting, and the ability to handle high-profile customers while maintaining calm under pressure. A proactive, results-driven leader will thrive in this expanding business.

• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong background in engineering with a track record of delivering complex programs.
• Proficient in risk management, budgeting and stakeholder communication.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure clear task prioritisation through agile project management and regular team meetings.

• Identify and communicate risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
• Develop project requirements and schedules, monitor progress and ensure timely delivery.

• Line manage product and engineering team leads, motivating staff and supporting teamwork.
• Write progress reports and deliver presentations to stakeholders.
• Ensure smooth handover of completed work to production.

Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their rapidly expanding business and become an integral part of their team. The Senior Project Manager's goal will be to support the Product & Engineering team, ensuring that all tasks and projects are achieved in a timely and efficient manner and to the required standard.

Responsibilities of a Senior Project Manager

• Ensure clear task prioritisation through the use of agile project management systems and regular team meetings.
• Liaise with team members, management and customers to ensure projects are completed to the required standard.
• Work with the Product & Engineering team to identify and communicate risks, ensuring contingency plans are in place.
• Develop project requirements and work schedules, monitor progress and ensure timely project completion and delivery.
• Facilitate communication between multidisciplinary engineering teams to support effective collaboration and problem-solving.
• Line manage Product & Engineering team leads, motivating staff and supporting effective teamwork.
• Write progress reports and deliver presentations to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure effective communication and handover of completed development work to the production department.
