The Position

• Lead Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) works from pre‑construction through commissioning and handover
• Oversee programme, budget, quality, and safety compliance
• Collaborate closely with MEP, commercial, planning, design, and commissioning teams
• Direct senior reports and multidisciplinary teams, fostering high‑performance delivery
• Act as a strategic interface with clients, consultants, and subcontractors

Could this role be for you?

• Proven experience as Senior Project Manager or Contracts Manager delivering CSA packages on projects £150m+
• Experience on hyperscale, mission‑critical, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, or high‑risk commercial projects
• Strong technical knowledge across civil engineering, building structures, concrete, steel
