Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd in the North West is seeking an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead landmark regenerative and residential developments for a respected Tier 1 contractor. The role combines client-facing leadership with site visits across Bolton, Burnley and surrounding areas, driving delivery from pre-construction to handover and ensuring safety, quality and programme performance.

• Present progress updates to senior management and clients.
• Support and develop site-based delivery teams.

If you're an experienced Project Manager looking to deliver prestigious projects with a leading Tier 1 main contractor, this is an opportunity to join a business with a strong pipeline of secured work, an excellent reputation for quality delivery, and genuine long-term career prospects.

Due to planned retirements within the existing team and a growing workload across the North West, we're looking to appoint either a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager who can take ownership of complex construction projects from pre-construction through to handover.

This is a role for an experienced construction professional who thrives in a client-facing environment, enjoys leading teams, and wants to work on projects that leave a lasting impact on local communities.

The Role

You'll be responsible for leading construction projects across the North West, managing all aspects of delivery including programme, quality, health & safety, commercial performance, client relationships and team management.

Current and upcoming projects include:

• Heritage refurbishment project in Bolton
• Burnley Town Hall refurbishment
• New-build residential development in Stockport
• Further commercial and heritage projects across the region

The role is primarily office-based with regular site visits, so flexibility to travel is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover.
• Manage project teams, subcontractors and supply chain partners.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
• Develop and monitor construction programmes.

About You

We're keen to speak with experienced Project Managers and Senior Project Managers who have built their careers within reputable main contractors.

You'll ideally have:

• Proven experience delivering new-build construction projects.
• Previous Project Manager or Senior Project Manager experience with a main contractor.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and project delivery.
• Commercial and contractual awareness.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• A stable employment history demonstrating long-term commitment and progression.
• Flexibility to travel across the North West when required.

Please note: This opportunity is best suited to candidates from Tier 1 or established regional main contractors. Experience gained solely within subcontracting, fit-out or housebuilding environments is unlikely to be suitable.

Salary

• Project Manager £68,000 - £75,000
• Senior Project Manager £80,000 - £95,000
• Salary will be dependent upon experience, track record and level of responsibility.
