Role

As a Senior Project Manager in Leicester, you will oversee the delivery of major industrial and logistics projects, taking responsibility for project leadership from inception through to completion. You’ll be instrumental in planning, stakeholder management, programme delivery, and ensuring compliance with all health, safety and quality standards.

As a senior member of the team, you’ll provide mentorship and leadership, helping to develop capability and maintain the company’s reputation for technical excellence and client service.

• Ensure full compliance with CDM 2015, ISO, and health & safety standards.
• Administer NEC and JCT contracts effectively.
• Support business development, bids, and client presentations.
• Mentor and develop junior and mid-level project managers.
• Report progress, commercial performance, and client satisfaction.
• Contribute to strategic planning and operational improvements.
