The City of London Police seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee and deliver projects within the Change Portfolio. The Change Portfolio Office oversees programmes, projects, and change initiatives within the City of London Police, focusing on technology, organizational design, and national projects. The team is dedicated to delivering change aligned with the Policing Plan and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. It comprises Project Coordinators, Business Analysts, a Portfolio Manager, and a Benefits and Change Manager, led by the Head of Change Portfolio. The team is based in Guildhall, with hybrid working options (3 days in-office, 2 days agile).
As a senior project manager, you will manage and deliver various projects and programmes, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Experience in policing or the public sector is desirable but not essential; experience in delivering change in complex environments is crucial.
