One of the UK’s leading Construction Consultancies is looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager to work on a range of Data Centre projects across the country.

THE COMPANY

The client is a prominent UK-based consultancy with a network of offices nationwide. They operate across various Property and Infrastructure sectors and are involved in some of the region's largest projects. Known for their outstanding reputation, they have a strong track record of developing employees to Director level positions. THE POSITION

This role is for a Senior Project Manager with strong NEC experience, responsible for managing small-scale projects. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to take full client ownership and oversee projects from inception to completion. At this senior level, there will also be opportunities to engage in business and client development, as well as represent the company at networking events and meetings.

Project locations are throughout the country, allowing flexibility to work from either the London or Cambridge office, depending on your location.

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal Senior Project Manager must:

• Hold a relevant degree and ideally be Chartered
• Have experience managing projects at a senior level within consultancy or main contracting
• Possess experience with Data Centre projects or similar, including M&E or MEP work
• Be familiar with the NEC contract form
• Have strong communication and client-facing skills
