Job summary

Cipher Search is engaged to appoint a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of MEP packages on a major UK infrastructure programme in the West Midlands. You will resource, build and lead the delivery team, set clear objectives and constraints, and take your packages through to handover on time, on budget and to the agreed standard.

You will own commercial performance, protect margin and manage client expectations, directing the design function and driving procurement while leading health,

Qualifications

• Construction professional with extensive experience as a senior manager overseeing the delivery of MEP packages on major infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of HV is important.
• Experience in rail, particularly the delivery of depots or accommodation buildings, is highly desirable.
• A formal civil engineering or construction qualification is expected, and chartered status is advantageous but not essential.

MEP - Major UK Infrastructure Programme, West Midlands

Cipher Search is engaged on a confidential basis to appoint a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of MEP packages on a major UK infrastructure programme in the West Midlands. This is a senior package leadership role in a tier one delivery environment, carrying full accountability for scope, programme, cost and quality.

You will resource, build and lead the delivery team, set clear objectives and constraints, and take your packages through to handover on time, on budget and to the agreed standard. As a senior site representative you will own commercial performance, protect margin and manage client expectations. The remit includes directing the design function, driving procurement of materials, plant and subcontractors to programme, and leading health, safety and environmental compliance across the works.

We are looking for a construction professional with extensive experience as a senior manager overseeing the delivery of MEP packages on major infrastructure projects. Knowledge of HV is important.
