Job summary

Job description

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior MEP Project Manager, Contracts Manager or Project Director to join a major, technically complex construction programme in the Suffolk/Cambridgeshire area.

The role will take responsibility for overseeing and driving the delivery of a significant MEP package valued at circa 25m, with a strong focus on programme, coordination and successful completion.

The Role

You will provide senior leadership across the MEP works, working closely with the wider project team, subcontractors and key stakeholders to maintain momentum and ensure delivery against programme.

Experience working as a Senior MEP Project Manager, MEP Contracts Manager, Building Services Manager or Project Director on major construction projects would be particularly relevant.
