Inspired Thinking Group (ITG) is seeking an experienced project and operations professional to manage work from concept to delivery in a fast-paced environment. With 5+ years of experience, you’ll own projects, drive governance, and report to senior stakeholders while balancing efficiency and quality.

You’ll lead cross-functional initiatives, develop plans, manage budgets, and ensure right-first-time outcomes with strong client partnerships in a hybrid work setup.

Job description

We're looking for an experienced project and operations professional who understands how work moves seamlessly from concept through to delivery across a fast-paced business environment. You'll bring both a technical mindset and a creative eye, enabling you to effectively manage complex projects while balancing operational efficiency with high-quality outcomes.

With at least five years' experience, you'll be confident working with stakeholders at every level, taking full ownership of projects and driving them through to successful completion. You'll be highly process-driven, with the ability to develop, implement and continuously improve operational systems that provide clear visibility, robust governance and accurate reporting for senior stakeholders.

As a proactive problem solver, you'll thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. You'll enjoy getting involved across multiple areas of the business while championing best-in-class project management standards and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, effectively and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects and programmes from initial scoping through to successful delivery, taking full ownership of outcomes

• Intervene early to keep projects on track, ensuring right-first-time delivery and exceptional client outcomes
• Monitor KPIs, budgets and spend performance, ensuring delivery remains aligned to forecasts and commercial targets
