Job summary

Journey in Birmingham seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of hospitality, leisure, or commercial fit-out projects from pre-construction to handover. You will develop detailed programmes, manage budgets, coordinate designers and contractors, and drive projects to practical completion.

You will oversee site activities, procurement, risk mitigation, health and safety compliance, and maintain strong client and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering complex construction, fit-out, or installation projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, site management, and project delivery.
• Excellent contractor, supplier, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Willingness to travel and be site-based as required
• Experience working on hospitality, leisure, commercial, retail, or high-end fit-out projects
