Job summary

NEOS Engineering Recruitment is seeking a Lead Project Manager in Andover to lead a team of Project Managers and Engineers delivering complex critical power projects.

You will report to the Operations Manager – Projects and drive delivery, HSE compliance and financial performance across £150k to £5m+ programmes, mentoring staff and ensuring customer satisfaction. Monday–Friday; UK travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a technical/project environment.
• Proven ability to deliver complex technical projects.
• Strong leadership and multidisciplinary team development.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and grow Project Managers and Engineers across multiple projects.
• Provide senior-level decision-making across project delivery.
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety and financial targets.
