Job summary

Vincera Consulting Ltd. is seeking a skilled Project Supervisor to oversee multi-disciplinary construction projects from design through delivery. The role requires coordinating internal teams and external partners to meet client requirements, budgets, and timelines.

You will manage design intent, planning approvals, site safety, RAMS, CDM compliance, and reporting. The position emphasizes leadership, communication, and proactive problem-solving on-site and in management meetings.

Qualifications

Management qualification or time served.
Experience in production management or project delivery.
Capable to read and transpose architectural drawings.
CSCS Gold card and site safety training.

Responsibilities

Facilitate management and delivery of projects to meet client requirements.
Ensure licenses, permits, warranties, and planning conditions are in place to avoid delays.
Chair and record meetings with actions and dates for all parties.
Monitor project timelines, milestones, KPIs, and reporting to upper management.
Oversee site supervision, CDM compliance, and liaison with procurement and subcontractors.
Maintain quality control and drive continuous improvement across projects.
