Job summary

Quest Global is seeking a skilled Project Engineer to lead long-duration, complex projects and ensure on-time delivery of manufactured parts per plan. You will work with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams to achieve project objectives while reporting progress and KPIs through SAP.

Ideal candidates hold a mechanical/manufacturing degree, strong organisational skills and experience with MS Office, MS Project and SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or manufacturing.
• Experience in project management and engineering.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in customer management and bids/wins.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the programme plan and risk matrices.
• Mitigate risks where possible and ensure adherence to plans.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure plans are followed.
• Work with customer-facing project managers to align plans and methodologies.
• Manage changes to scope and schedule using appropriate techniques.
• Establish and maintain relationships with sub-suppliers/third parties.
• Coordinate communication across business functions and hold leads accountable.
• Focus on monthly milestones while keeping long-term strategic view.
• Lead internal manufacturing meetings as the key point of contact.
• Report and escalate project status internally as needed.
• Maintain KPI dashboards and SAP-based reporting.
• Coordinate customer witness points as per IPT.
• Maintain traceability spreadsheets for manufactured parts.
