Equans UK & Ireland is looking for a Senior Project Engineer – Electrical to support their Data Centre operations in High Wycombe. The successful candidate will manage the electrical components of significant projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and safety standards are met throughout the process.

This role demands proven technical expertise in electrical services, alongside strong organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively. Equans Data Centres are seeking to appoint a Senior Project Engineer – Electrical, to support our growing Data Centre business. We are committed to providing cutting edge solutions for our clients Data Centre facilities and are recruiting a Senior Project Engineer – Electrical to join our innovative team based in High Wycombe. The Senior Project Engineer – Electrical will be responsible for managing the electrical aspects of large projects from inception to completion, within set timescales, to high quality standards and within health and safety guidelines.

What you will deliver

• Ensure work is carried out in full conformance with quality, environmental and safety standards
• Coordinate and control the on-site construction process ensuring the site build progresses in line with plan
• Liaise with Statutory Authorities and Local Authorities as directed by the Site Manager in the submission of all Building Regulation cards as required to allow the progress of the project
• Develop and agree electrical submission and approval process with the client and design team
• Be involved in the overall programming and planning of the build
• Attend site meetings, effectively communicate and provide information for Progress Reports
• Chair and minute the subcontractor meetings
• Recording and reporting key metrics to team members and management
• Operational support including review of procedures, best practices and initiatives
