Lofthouse Group in London is seeking an Associate to lead delivery on its flagship retrofit project and act as the studio’s technical authority.

The role mixes hands-on site leadership with QA oversight, Revit coordination, and mentoring of staff, with four to five-strong team and potential to manage multiple projects.

Hybrid working is offered (three days in the studio) and the salary is up to £65,000 depending on experience.

Qualificações

• Around 10+ years of experience delivering complex projects.
• Strong central London refurbishment or retrofit delivery experience.
• Residential or mixed-use experience is a plus with strong technical depth.
• Real site experience with contractor meetings on large projects.
• Well-rounded background across building packages; not specialist in a few.
• Confident, hands-on Revit skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical delivery from Stage 3/4 through Stage 5 and completion.
• Run Stage 5 meetings with contractors and resolve site issues calmly.
• Plan and manage teams producing tender packages and ensure timely delivery.
• Produce and oversee construction packages and write NBS specifications.
• Advise across the studio on Building Regulations and Building Safety Act.
• Lead technical reviews and mentor junior staff.
