Job summary

Eden Brown is seeking a seasoned Project Director to drive growth while delivering workplace, commercial interior and design-build projects. You will report to the Sales Director and oversee the entire lifecycle from opportunity to delivery, leading pre-construction, design and project teams and maintaining excellent client relationships.

The role requires commercial acumen, strong leadership and a track record of profitable projects, with responsibility across sales, design, pre-construction

Qualifications

• Proven experience at senior leadership level (Project Director / Account Director / Client Director).
• Strong commercial understanding of design & build, workplace, fit-out, construction or property sectors.
• Track record of delivering profitable projects and developing long-term client relationships.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across sales, design, pre-construction and delivery.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence senior decision-makers and develop strategic client partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from opportunity through to successful completion.
• Collaborate with Sales Director to meet revenue and profitability targets.
• Oversee Pre-Construction, Design, and Project Managers throughout delivery.
• Build and maintain strong client, consultant, and stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure opportunities are qualified, costed and converted into profitable projects.
• Drive gross profit margins and conversion rates across the portfolio.
• Provide strategic input during bids, proposals and presentations.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery, client experience and efficiency.
• Monitor performance, outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Support business development and attend client meetings and industry events.
• Ensure collaboration across sales, design, pre-construction and delivery.
• Act as senior client contact during project delivery.
