Job summary

Eden Brown is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to support multiple fit-out and refurbishment projects from procurement through to final account. You will work with project teams, clients, consultants and the supply chain to maximise profitability, manage risk and ensure delivery to high standards.

Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will oversee commercial governance and contract administration, manage cash flow, and drive value engineering alongside the delivery teams from site

Qualifications

• Degree qualified or equivalent industry experience.
• CSCS Card is required or desirable.
• Knowledge of UK construction contracts and building regulations beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage the commercial delivery of multiple fit-out and refurbishment projects from procurement through to final account.
• Prepare and manage project cost plans, forecasts, CVRs and cash flow projections.
• Monitor project performance and identify opportunities to improve commercial outcomes.
• Procure subcontractors and suppliers in line with project programmes and company procedures.
• Prepare subcontract orders and manage subcontractor accounts, variations and final accounts.
