Job summary

4Front Recruitment seeks an experienced Project Director to lead complex construction projects across data centres, defence and energy within the UK. The role requires strategic leadership to protect programme, cost and quality, plus a track record delivering high-value projects.

You'll oversee multidisciplinary teams, manage client and consultant relationships, and drive safety, governance and profitability from pre-construction through to handover.

Qualifications

• Degree in construction or related discipline required.
• Extensive MEP delivery experience on complex projects.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent understanding of NEC and JCT contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of major projects from pre-construction to handover.
• Direct Project Managers, Engineering, Commercial and Construction teams.
• Build lasting client relationships and manage supply chain partners.
• Drive programme, cost, risk and quality performance across projects.
