Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering major civil engineering or infrastructure projects
• Previous experience operating at Contracts Manager, Project Lead, Project Director or equivalent level
• Strong technical understanding of complex civil engineering and infrastructure works
• Demonstrable experience managing high-value projects and large multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent commercial awareness, leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage project programmes, budgets and key stakeholder relationships
• Ambitious and motivated individual looking to take ownership of a flagship scheme

Responsibilities

• Oversee the successful delivery of a major civil engineering and infrastructure scheme
• Lead and manage project teams, subcontractors and key stakeholders
• Take responsibility for programme management, project performance and operational delivery
• Ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards
• Work closely with commercial teams to manage project costs, risks and contractual obligations
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and project partners
• Provide strategic leadership and direction throughout the project lifecycle
