You will oversee mechanical packages from pre-construction through to completion, leading project teams and coordinating subcontractors on high-profile London projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing mechanical projects/packages.
• Experience working for an MEP contractor.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical building services.
• Excellent client and subcontractor management skills.
• Strong commercial and organisational ability.
• Relevant industry qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mechanical packages from inception to completion.
• Lead project teams and coordinate subcontractors.
• Manage programmes, budgets and commercial performance.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and other stakeholders.
• Ensure delivery to required quality and programme.
• Manage health & safety and compliance across the project.
• Review drawings, specifications and design information.
• Attend progress meetings and provide regular project updates; manage procurement, labour and resources.
